Shipping policy

Order Processing

We aim to ship all orders by the end of the next working day. You can expect an email from us to let you know when your order has been dispatched. If there is ever a significant delay to this we will contact you to give you an updated dispatch estimate. 

Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping to addresses in the UK is free. This service uses Royal Mail who aim to deliver items within 2 to 4 working days.

You can upgrade to Express shipping if you wish to recieve items faster for £2.50. This service also uses Royal Mail and they generally deliver these items within 1 to 3 working days.

International Shipping

Orders can be shipped internationally for a flat rate fee of £7.50. Delivery can take anywhere between 2 and 20+ days depending on your location and local postal services. A rough indication of shipping times for your destination is given at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hortus.dev is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
